Drifting Series
September 2026

The Drifting Series is our first body of work that ameliorates two major issues we have identified within the domestic space. The first issue being the disruptive nature of overhead lighting for circadian rhythms and the body’s alignment with the earth. Post-Industrial Revolution architecture places lighting within the ceiling of a room, creating a noon-time cast at all hours of the day. This confuses the body’s ability to produce the hormones that trigger a healthy sleep cycle, pushing the overworked individual further into chronic fatigue and poor health.

Our lamps are an antidote, creating a warm, comforting glow that eases you into your mornings and nights.

The second issue addresses the overconsumption of objects made solely for capital. We create every object by hand with intention and attention to detail. Our devotion to craft and commitment to quality can be felt and elucidates how poorly made, mass-produced objects drain the spirit.

We believe in being an active participant in your purchases and intentional with the objects that fill your home. We believe our lamps will both illuminate and enlighten our clients' minds to the beauty inherent in nature and their power to preserve it by purchasing with intention.
